improve their conversation skills and make new friends.

Attention Caregivers: You are not alone! The Alzheimer’s Association is now offering a Family Caregiver Support Group. A trained former caregiver will be facilitating all group sessions. The groups will be a safe space to discuss the unique challenges of caregiving.
Renaissance Toastmasters of Westerly, gathers twice a month (2nd & 4th Tuesdays) to share stories and get comfortable speaking in front of an audience. It is a process that over time helps to build self-confidence.
