Living Literature celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment
Living Literature, a collective of Rhode Island based artists and educators who create readers theatre style presentations to dramatize non dramatic writing using only the author’s words, celebrates the decades long struggle for American women to achieve the vote, using a collage of writings and speeches sharing the journey of the women’s struggle for equality that led to the passing of the 19th Amendment.
